Festival Description
This event has been held every autumn since 2011 to boost people’s mental and physical health and to represent our hope that the Daegaya Ancient Tombs in Jisan-dong will be designated as a world cultural heritage site. After a simple opening ceremony, the festival participants follow a six-kilometer-long course that passes through the Daegaya History Theme park and continues along the Wangneunggil Road to the Daegaya Education Center and Mosangol village before returning to the initial venue. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the deepening autumn while exploring the Daegaya Ancient Tombs and Jusanseong Fortress, which are set to become world heritage sites.
